Wrapped Reads are curated reading adventures designed to pull readers out of ruts and into something unexpected. You choose a general direction or vibe, and we take it from there — selecting a book meant to introduce you to a story you may not have chosen on your own, but will be glad you found. Each Wrapped Read is wrapped for surprise and includes a subtle hint to spark curiosity without spoiling the experience.

Story Boxes build on that same philosophy, pairing thoughtfully selected books with complementary items to create an immersive, giftable experience. They’re designed for connection — perfect for sharing stories, marking moments, or giving a meaningful gift that goes beyond the book itself.

Hi, I’m Kristin, owner of The Story Grove and a lifelong book lover based in West Michigan. The Story Grove grew out of my love for discovering great stories and my belief that the right book can spark curiosity, connection, and meaningful conversation.
We’re a family-run business rooted in thoughtful curation. Every story we share is chosen intentionally — guided by taste, curiosity, and a deep respect for the power of storytelling. We also believe great stories are best shared alongside good community, which is why we proudly partner with other small businesses to source many of the items you’ll find in our Story Boxes.
